Lets be honest, despite how many changes we go through, how many ups and downs we face there’s always certain desires, wants and needs that remain with us through out our life time. For many these become the catalyst and the spark that drives them to achieving a goal. In many forms this can also be the destruction of a person if not kept in check. As the old saying goes “Too much of anything makes you an addict”. Any obsession requires that you know its boundaries. Obsession to me is very similar to passion, there’s nothing wrong with being passionate. Everything has a limit though, so just don’t go on an overkill.
MEN
Cars: Growing up as a kid, all my friends and I would point at cars we liked and shout “1,2,3 my car!”. It was like a challenge to see who said it first. Men dream of owning and driving a fast, fly interior having, panty dropping automobile. Do women also like hot rides? Yes! No doubt about it. I would be inclined to think that it’s as much as men though.

WOMEN
Their Looks: From their nails, to their hair, make up, the dress she’s wearing and her shoes! Women are very much into their looks. The yoga class or all the time spent at the gym, watching what she eats etc. All these things are to “keep a healthy lifestyle” (wink, wink). Looking good is the main reason here however, don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. Think about it, the time that some women put into painting their nails? If I were a woman (no homo) I would never paint my nails. I love my woman with nicely cut nails, I admire her petite feet. The whole painting them is something that doesn’t do much to for me… I hope she doesn’t read this

MEN
Sports: Ok, here’s the thing with sports and why it makes our list. It goes two ways. There are those men who are really into playing a certain sport and dream of going pro and playing football, basketball or whatever it may be. Then, there’s those who are hardcore fans of a sport and follow it religiously and know every teams player stats and cannot miss watching a game. Without giving you too much data, this article claims that half of ALL Americans are football fans with 63% being men. Remember now, this is just football! To further push my point, when it comes to WNBA viewership, it would do better with more female followers. In short, it suffers due to little support from its own gender.
WOMEN
Independence: When it comes to women taking any political stance it normally revolves around being independent. Just check the #MeToo Movement as of most recent. This came about to bring awareness of sexual assault and harassment women face, especially in the workplace. Women have only been allowed in the workplace on a worldwide scale starting around the 60’s due to what was then the feminist movement. All these movements are leading the charge toward women receiving equal treatment to men, in the sense that pay should be equal for similar positions/jobs. Think about it, you may see women playing in the NBA instead of the WNBA league in the very near future (sarcasm).

Video Games: In 1972 Atari introduced the world to Pong and the rest is history. Since then we’ve had Nintendo, Sony PlayStation, and of course along came Microsoft introducing the XBOX. I know, I know I didn’t mention Sega and many others but oh well. Now, the data here is tricky, because within recent years, women are very close or on par with men when it comes to actual total gamers or people “claiming” to play video games. Men I would say are more obsessive about it. Sports games for example, women only make up 2% of the players. Tactical shooters, Racing, First Person Shooters, Sandbox and all the way up to MMO’s, women would only make up 36%. Most of the big franchises and record breaking selling games come from these genres. When it comes to Sims and casual smart phone games, women in some areas surpass 60%. By far, the home console and Computer games such as Diablo III or Call of Duty are dominated by men. Some of these sports and FPS games have a new version every year right around the month of November. Now, imagine yourself buying your woman a video game for Christmas?
WOMEN
Instagram: Yup, women are crazy about Instagram. Women make up 68% of all Instagram users. So, yes guys, when it comes to hooking up, instagram is better than any dating app out there. Women are obsessed with likes and followers. I once had a female friend claim to have “fans” on Instagram, as if she’s some celebrity. Actually, many women have gone on to be celebrities off the strength of their activity on Instagram (Jen Selter and Kylie Jenner come to mind). There's no hate from us at Casino Bait, get your followers up, get your likes up!
Truth is ladies, you clearly don’t have to be showing off all your body, twerking, and over exposing yourself although you have a lot of males commenting on your post and following you on the gram, your real target audience should be other women (if you’re attempting to be a celebrity ).
I'm sure there are other obsessions we missed. So, what else can we add? Please feel free to add on the comments.
